From Junction 29 of M25 take the A127 signposted Romford and London. Take the first slip road signposted Upminster and Brentwood. Turn left towards Upminster and go past Upminster Station down to traffic lights straight across into Corbets Tey Road, past Boots the Chemist and you will see a BP Garage on right-hand side. PARKLAND AVENUE is the 5th turning past the Garage on the same side and No. 49 is halfway along on the lefthand side just before you get to Clayton Avenue.
