Marylyn Ennever became a Beauty Therapist in 1974 and specialised in Electrolysis in 1976. After fulfilling the British Association of Electrolysists Ltd.’s mandatory five years Full Membership with proof of continuous practice, she took their course in Advanced work, successfully attaining the Diploma of Advanced Electrolysis (DAE)

For several years Marylyn represented the BAE on the Health & Beauty Therapy Training Board and she was one of the representatives responsible for setting the standards for examining electrolysis students for the National Vocational Qualifications.

She became a Fellow of the British Association and held the Post of Press Relations Officer for thirteen years combining this work with the office of Chairman for two years.

Marylyn was invited to take part in the judging of a prestigious national competition organised by a leading organisation in the field of electrolysis and took part in this event on five different occasions.

In order to become a Member of the British Reflexology Association, Marylyn undertook a year’s training with the Bayly School of Reflexology. Students must study anatomy and physiology and keep detailed notes on case studies. She was required to submit a project and sit a thorough written theoretical examination and practical assessment before attaining Full Membership. Her training with the School also required written proof of numerous case studies.
